4 reasons why Dancing is a good fitness exercise

So why is it that many people consider dancing to be a better workout than normal exercises? Well, firstly, dancing is much more exciting than a normal workout. For elders, it is better to do it once a week for 45 minutes. And as you start building stamina, you can expand the schedule to half an hour daily.
