dietingWhen you hear the word dieting, the first phrase which comes to your mind is food restrictions. For many individuals, dieting is very difficult because it means giving up eating their favorite food items. And that too for a long long time. And it is the craving for these food items which ends up making your dieting plan a total failure. So how about a diet plan which works according to your office schedule? A diet plan which gives you the freedom to eat the food items of your choice once a week?

And you need worry! Consuming high cholesterol level food once a week will not hamper your dieting regime at all. That is because, firstly, after having eaten nutritious and correct food for six days, eating junk food for one day will not have any major effect on your body.  Also, when you get the freedom to eat the food of your choice once a week, you tend to become more dedicated towards following your routine for the rest of the six days. And this technique is useful for the body during the transition from normal food eating to healthy food eating.

When following this process, you might experience that your weight increases during the first few weeks. This is because the effect of the six days of healthy diet takes some time to seep in. Hence, don’t panic and leave the job mid-way.

Detox Dieting is a way of reducing body weight by removing the unnecessary toxins from the body. Scientific research has shown that it is these toxins which aide in the accumulation of fats and increasing cholesterol levels. Detox dieting helps in removing all those chemicals which lead to the clogging of our body system.

Today, the highest percentage of toxins in our body constitute of additives, preservatives and pesticides. They enter our body through food not used for long time or through agricultural products.

Another source of toxins in the human body are hydrogenated fats. Hydrogenated fats are found in chips, burgers and other fast food items. They lead to obesity, arterial blockage and heart problems.

Sugar is another toxin commonly found in excess in the human body. Obesity and ageing of skin are some of the side-effects of sugar toxins.

The most common toxin found in the body of every individual today is caffeine. Coffee has become world’s favorite beverage and the caffeine content has simply kept on piling up in the human body.

Having a proper diet is very essential for removing toxins from the body. Complex carbohydrates, fresh vegetables, lean fish and poultry help in cleaning off the toxic wastes from the body and increasing life expectancy.

Water is a very good source of reducing the waste in the body. Water helps in removing the toxins from the body by passing them into the excretory system.

Thus, Detox dieting is a new technique of dieting which directly aims at the source of obesity and tries to remove it from its roots.
